Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a wonderful gem tucked away near the pretty gardens, meeting all our requirements with a unique touch. However, there were minor issues with the room pricing.
The hotel is wonderfully located, offering easy access to beautiful lakes and surrounded by a serene atmosphere. The rooms provide a cozy retreat with very comfortable beds and charming garden views. The service is top-notch, with prompt room service available for added convenience. However, the dining options, while serving delightful cream cakes, may lack variety. Overall, a pleasant stay for those seeking tranquility in the Penrith area.
The hotel is ideally situated in the Penrith area, near to the hike we planned and close to visiting the Lakes. The rooms are beautifully appointed with nice added touches, including an arc of windows overlooking the garden. However, the dining experience is average for a more than reasonable rate. The service is timely, and the staff polite.
